Passionate about his mission as Pivot Point International, Inc., Senior Director of Sales, Alcott Czubek says that he wants to create exceptional and unsurpassed educational experiences for
each school and each student. Because the cornerstone of Pivot Point education is teaching the why, not just the how, Alcott focuses on working with his customers to understand this
important difference.

Prior to his role on the Sales Team, Alcott was the Director of the flagship research and development Academy in Evanston, Illinois for nearly five years.

An accomplished Sales leader, he brings more than a decade of experience with a BS in Human Resources Management from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, PA. He has also taught at a community college as an instructor and has multiple years of public speaking and motivational speaking experience. It was through this career path that he discovered Pivot Point after hearing a presentation by Founder Leo Passage and meeting him. He considers it one of his luckiest days.

That presentation ignited his passion for the beauty industry. Now he’s in a position to
make a difference in the lives of students and future business professionals across the country.
His strong human resources background continues paying rich rewards with tomorrow’s designers, professionals and leaders. His mission is to shake up the way it’s always been
done and lead with the best in beauty education. In this setting, he’s able to pursue his goal of taking beauty education into the future with sound business principles and progressive culture development.
